How do you keep your iPhone Apps, and Music after a rebuild?

I have an iPhone 3G 8GB, and was planning to rebuild my computer. How do i keep all of my apps, and files on my phone after the rebuild. I know if you sync it with another PC, that you will erase your previous configuration. Some of the music was not purchased from itunes.How do you keep your iPhone Apps, and Music after a rebuild?Make sure to sync your phone with your computer, then copy your itunes music folder to another pc, usb drive or burn it to dvd.



Anything you purchased from itunes you can download again, but if you copy your itunes music folder then you can drag the songs from that folder into itunes on your rebuilt pc.How do you keep your iPhone Apps, and Music after a rebuild?The first thing to do is to sync you iPhone to your computer. You will need to backup all of your music and save it. Then deauthorise the computer in iTunes.



After you rebuild your PC copy the music back to your PC. Install Outlook if you are using this for your calendar. Download iTunes and log into your account and authorise the computer.



When you plug in your iPhone select to download and restore from your iPhone.



Anything you purchased from itunes you can download again.
