How do i disable my iphone to backup everytime i sync it on a pc?

I know the terminal command on a mac, so please don't give me that unless you can get it to work on a PC. New iPhone software, new itunes. How do i disable my iphone to backup everytime i sync it on a pc?2.1 Update for iPhone is out, the time h ow long it takes to backup is no longer an issue.

Back-up now takes less then few minutes compare to over 30min before.
