How to transfer music from iphone to computer?

Hi there, I'm looking for a way to transfer my music on my iphone to my new computer? I've had a look around on google but all the "free" programs seem to give you like 50 free songs then you have to pay. If someone could point me in the direct of how to do this or the best software that doesn't cost money that would be great.
