How to fix an iphone which has an itunes logo and a cable coming out?

My iphone was jailbroken and had ios 4.2.1 and i wanted to update it to 4.3.2 and when i did, my iphone went into a weird screen that had an itunes logo on it with a cable pointing to it. I tried to restore it on itunes at it said error 1015
