How do you extract songs from your iPhone and onto your computer?

My computer crashed recently and I lost all my iTunes data (like my playlists which I sync to my iPhone) and I do not want to lose all the songs that are still on my iPhone. However, I have songs I want to put on my iPhone right now. Is there any way to extract my songs on my iPhone and put them on my computer so that I do not lose them?How do you extract songs from your iPhone and onto your computer?The best program to answer your question is Touch copy, it works with my iPod touch but it also works with iPhone.It looks almost like iTunes with the ability to view/edit and copy everything from music,apps,play lists and video. also you can play everything within the program too with out iTunes. tha slight downsid to the program is that you have to buy it but I do believ you get 15 days of use though.
